The Martinelli Building & Contracting Story
Martinelli Building and Contracting LLC (MBC) is a family-owned multi-generation business in Mount Pleasant, SC. Owner Adam Martinelli’s father, Tony, began the original Martinelli Building in Connecticut in 1978. After Tony retired in 2013, Adam re-established Martinelli Building in Charleston, SC. Part-time work on the weekends eventually turned full-time in 2015 when Adam ended his career in law enforcement to pursue his dream of owning his own business.
From humble beginnings, building decks and outdoor showers, MBC has grown into a multi-faceted contracting business that delivers the highest quality custom craftsmanship.
The team at MBC specializes in high-end custom home builds, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, additions, and exterior renovations across the Lowcountry from John’s Island to McClellanville and everywhere in between.

You’ll get to know our team and feel comfortable having us in your home while the project is being completed. Our operations team that works out of the main office is diligently working behind the scenes to ensure the project managers are equipped with everything they need to keep your project on schedule and on budget.
